Please contact to discuss what you're dreaming up and to request a detailed quote! Packages start at $150 ($300 for fire).
The Hoopsie Dizzy Story

In 2022 I had long COVID. My worst symptom was constant dizziness. One day, I remembered hooping, an old hobby I'd tried and abandoned. I wondered, "What if I can hoop the dizziness away?" I love a crazy idea, so I dusted off my hoop and got spinning. Sure enough, with daily hooping, the dizziness got easier to bear. In fact, all challenges got easier to bear!
I was in my mid-thirties and moved through life disconnected from my body. Hooping helped me feel whole again. I had always struggled with dance, but this unlocked a new confidence in expressive movement. It freed me from the pressure of performance and showed me it was safe to make mistakes. With hooping, the "oopsies" were pathways to laughter and learning!
My breakthrough came when I started playing with other people. I connected with the flow arts community and an improvisational play group. Through connection, I grew exponentially and my creativity exploded. Hoopsie Dizzy was born out of a desire to share my learnings. Hooping and play are deeply personal experiences, even when practiced in group. On your journey, you will make your own magic and meaning!
